Alive and smiling
I continue to update my photo albums–mostly bicycling, to be sure. Check ‘em out:
More photo links are in the sidebar at right.
Life has been too busy. Work is engrossing. I am out two to three evenings most weeks helping with church matters. I’m catching up on reading I have wanted to do for several years. This doesn’t leave quite enough time for making music. Blogging takes the hindmost.
Several rants essays wait in the wings, already drafted. I’ve not yet been able to articulate the constructive points to my satisfaction. So these sit in a folder I’ve labeled “whine cellar”.
I check twice a day to truncate my talkin’. I think I have much good to say. But I easily lapse into nerd-talk. People roll their eyes and zone out. Or worse, in a way, I engage listeners in minor concerns, yielding paralysis-by-analysis. So at lunch and dinner, if I recall being concise in the preceding hours, I quietly smile.
